About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pentester (F/M/X) to join our team at Accor Tech & Digital. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for identifying vulnerabilities in our IT systems and providing concrete corrective solutions to ensure the security of our applications and data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct penetration testing and code reviews to identify security vulnerabilities in our applications, including Web, Mobile, and API applications.
  • Develop and implement effective security measures to protect our systems and data, including secure development guides and best practices.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure security is integrated into their development processes.
  • Develop security tools and training programs to raise awareness and improve security practices within the organization.
  • Participate in defining security standards and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in penetration testing and IT security.
  • Strong understanding of IT security principles, including vulnerability management and risk assessment.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • English language proficiency is essential, with additional languages a plus.
