Job Title: Pentester (F/M/X)

Accor Tech & Digital is seeking a skilled Pentester (F/M/X) to join our team of technical experts. As a Pentester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security of our IT systems by identifying vulnerabilities through penetration testing and providing concrete corrective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct penetration testing and code reviews to identify security vulnerabilities in applications, including Web, Mobile, and API applications.
  • Develop and propose effective protective measures to mitigate identified vulnerabilities.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure security considerations are integrated into their development processes.
  • Design and develop security tools and scripts to support penetration testing and vulnerability assessment.
  • Train and educate internal teams on security best practices and awareness.
  • Participate in defining security standards and procedures, including secure development guides and best practices.
  • Conduct regular security audits and red teaming exercises to ensure the security of our IT systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and technologies through continuous learning and professional development.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in penetration testing and security consulting.
  • Strong understanding of IT security principles, including vulnerability assessment and penetration testing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in security tools and technologies, including Burp Suite, Metasploit, and OWASP.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate complex security threats.
  • English language proficiency is essential, with additional languages a plus.
