About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pentester (F/M/X) to join our team at Accor Tech & Digital. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for identifying vulnerabilities in our IT systems and providing concrete corrective solutions to ensure the security of our applications and data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct penetration testing and code reviews to identify security vulnerabilities in our applications, including Web, Mobile, and API applications.
  • Develop and implement effective security measures to protect our systems and data, including secure development guides and best practices.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure security is integrated into their development processes.
  • Develop security tools and training programs to raise awareness among teams about security issues.
  • Participate in defining security standards and procedures to ensure the security of our IT systems.
Requirements
  • Graduated from an engineering school or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in penetration testing.
  • Strong interest in IT security, with excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Excellent technical skills, including mastery of main vulnerabilities, hacking techniques, and market tools.
  • Good knowledge of WEB and mobile technologies, including J2EE,.NET, PHP, NodeJS, Microsoft, Android, and iOS.
