We are looking for a Team Leader, Public Lighting / Colorful Signaling, to join our team.
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the successful execution of projects:
- Preparation and verification of resources;
- Electrical work in an outdoor environment, including:
- Work at height in a nacelle;
- Installation of electrical equipment, cabling, and connections;
- Installation of mats;
- Installation of electrical cabinets and control systems, connections, testing, and commissioning;
- Parameterization of remote monitoring equipment;
- Safety of the work site (personnel, materials, and environment);
- Team management and safety guarantee;
- Contribution to customer satisfaction and team satisfaction.
You will work closely with the Business Manager or Technical Manager to ensure the successful execution of projects.
We are looking for a candidate with a CAP/BEP/BAC PRO or BTS degree in electrical engineering or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the Public Works sector.
If you have good electrical knowledge, enjoy working outdoors in different conditions each day, enjoy manual work, lead your team, and are looking for a challenging role, this job may be for you
Possession of electrical qualifications and a Nacelle 1B CACES would be an asset for the position.
A background in electrical network installation would also be an asset.
You must be able to adapt, be dynamic, autonomous, and rigorous.
You must have a sense of responsibility, accident prevention, and be able to take the initiative.
You must appreciate working in a team and have good interpersonal skills.
A valid driving license is required.
