Position: Business Development & Sales Manager

The Business Development & Sales Manager position within the Global Strategic Partnerships division for New Mobility at Allianz Partners focuses on strategically positioning the organization within various platforms and ecosystems to cultivate new business prospects. The primary emphasis is on enhancing existing collaborations and forging new alliances in rapidly evolving sectors such as Micromobility, Vehicle Sharing & Subscription, and Ride-Hailing.

  • Enhance current partnerships and establish new multi-country, multi-product collaborations
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle, including Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
  • Drive growth across diverse customer segments through various strategies
  • Lead and manage project and deal teams
  • Facilitate the development of cross-domain solutions

Essential Qualifications:

  • 5-10+ years of sales expertise in Insurance / Assistance / Mobility sectors
  • Robust network within the global insurance and mobility landscape
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance regulations
  • Exceptional project management capabilities
  • Fluency in English and additional languages
