Position Summary: We are in search of a dynamic and driven individual to assume the role of Director of Social Impact and Sustainability. This position will support the European Director in managing an expanding client portfolio and a developing team, with a primary emphasis on the French market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance our European operations with a focus on the French market, fostering relationships with French clients.
- Act as the company representative in France, promoting our sustainability services.
- Assist the European team in executing strategies related to ESG, net-zero carbon initiatives, climate resilience, social impact, smart buildings, and sustainability improvement programs.
- Engage with stakeholders, including heads of sustainability, asset managers, and property management teams across various sectors.
- Contribute to business development efforts aimed at expanding current client engagements and attracting new clients.
- Provide tactical insights for the creation of new products and services, and support the ongoing development of the company's intellectual property.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated expertise in client relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven track record in business development.
- Fluency in both French and English is essential.
- Familiarity with the built environment, particularly in commercial real estate investment management and finance.
- Experience with TCFD, net-zero carbon strategies, EU SFDR, GRESB, BREEAM In Use, Fitwell, or WELL certification, as well as environmental legislation.
