About the RoleAs a key member of our team, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring the successful deployment and usage of Revenue Management Systems. You will collaborate with other departments and external vendors to provide outstanding support and enhance revenue management processes.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of up to 10 team leads and onboarding & support specialists in Bangkok
- Oversee daily operations to ensure the successful deployment and usage of Revenue Management Systems
- Collaborate with other departments and external vendors to provide outstanding support and enhance revenue management processes
- Leverage expertise in RMS, CRS, and PMS, and demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills
- 6-10+ years of experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry, including team management experience
- Proven expertise as a "super-user" of Revenue Management Systems, with a strong working knowledge of PMS, CRS, Channel Management, and other hotel systems
- Good organizational and time management skills, with strong prioritization, delegation, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in a second language (French, Mandarin, Spanish, Portuguese, etc.)
