Revenue Systems Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Systems Lead to join our team at Pigment. As a key member of our Revenue Operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive roadmap for future enhancements of our Revenue Systems.
Key Responsibilities- Own the vision and strategy for Revenue Systems, driving innovation and growth through the development of a comprehensive roadmap for future enhancements.
- Manage a team of GTM systems administrators and developers, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective utilization and alignment of the platform with business objectives.
- Lead all major initiatives related to the sales tech stack, including optimization of existing processes, implementation of innovative solutions, and increasing productivity through automation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate Salesforce with other systems, streamlining workflows and enhancing data accuracy.
- Act as the interface between RevOps and IT, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
- Manage our internal ticketing/case system, meeting SLAs, managing the backlog, and leading sprints.
- Own the tech stack lifecycle, including implementation, continuous improvement, contract renewals, and standardization.
- 8+ years of proven experience in B2B SaaS Systems Dev/IT role, with a strong background in Revenue Operations.
- Proven track record of managing the tech stack of a $100m+ ARR company.
- Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce, with experience in HubSpot and ERP solutions a plus.
- Strong understanding of product management best practices, including user stories, backlog review, sprints, and ticketing system management.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent English speaker, with French a plus.
