About the Role
As a Consumer Marketing Intern at TOM FORD BEAUTY EMEA, you will play a vital role in supporting the Consumer Engagement team with various marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will encompass public relations, consumer engagement strategies, and market analysis.
Your Responsibilities- Consumer Marketing Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive 360° go-to-market strategies for TOM FORD BEAUTY across 18 EMEA markets. This includes conducting competitive analyses, identifying consumer trends, and providing insights to drive brand awareness and market share growth.
- Public Relations & Communication: Assist in consolidating monthly PR reports from affiliates, coordinating PR needs with global teams and affiliates, and analyzing PR performance to identify areas for improvement. You will also contribute to the launch recap consolidation for major initiatives and gather best practices regarding virtual selling from affiliates.
- Asset Management & Reporting: Support affiliates by providing product assets and social media crops, prepare competitive activation overviews, and participate in corporate marketing meetings, summarizing key takeaways and ideas for the team.
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for the beauty industry.
- A strong academic background in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with market research and data analysis is a plus.
