We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in France.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive growth in the assigned territory, achieving planned sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales growth strategy that aligns with company objectives.
  • Achieve sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring timely payments and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Conduct meetings and negotiations with clients, as well as participate in industry exhibitions.
  • Monitor the market and visit product sales points in the assigned territory to stay up-to-date on market trends and customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in French and Ukrainian (or Russian).
  • Proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Experience in sales and negotiation.
  • A car and a driver's license are required.
  • Strong sales skills and ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to communicate effectively.
