Senior Territory Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in France.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive growth in the assigned territory, achieving planned sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales growth strategy that aligns with company objectives.
- Achieve sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring timely payments and compliance with contractual obligations.
- Conduct meetings and negotiations with clients, as well as participate in industry exhibitions.
- Monitor the market and visit product sales points in the assigned territory to stay up-to-date on market trends and customer needs.
Working Conditions:

- Competitive compensation package, including base salary and commission on sales.
- Remote work with a schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Requirements:
- Fluency in French and Ukrainian (or Russian).
- Proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Experience in sales and negotiation.
- A car and a driver's license are required.
- Strong sales skills and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to communicate effectively.
