Senior HR Officer, HR Project Management

Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Officer to join its Human Resources Department. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating high-level HR initiatives, ensuring alignment with the HR strategic roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the development and execution of strategic plans that align with organizational goals, ensuring timely delivery of business objectives.
- Ensure alignment with timelines and overall organizational objectives by coordinating with leaders within the department.
- Prepare comprehensive briefing documents, presentations, and reports for meetings, conferences, and official engagements involving HR leadership.
- Plan, schedule, and facilitate internal meetings for the HR department, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and prepared.
- Coordinate team-building activities, workshops, and training sessions to enhance team dynamics and promote effective communication.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and standards within the department.
- Assist in the planning and execution of change management initiatives within the HR department.
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the office of the HR Director General.
- Minimum 8-10 years of relevant work experience in human resources management or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills in English, organizational and inter-personal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Familiarity with HR metrics and data analysis.
- Understanding of HR functions, best practices, and employment framework in the development, public or private sector.
- Master's degree or above in human resources, international law, organizational studies, psychology, or other relevant fields.
