We are seeking a Project Manager for Employee Experience and Culture to join our Culture & People Experience department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee experience, engagement, and brand attractiveness.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing an employer brand strategy that showcases our company culture and values.
  • Creating and deploying a Group values program, including communication, visual identity, and associated events.
  • Designing and implementing new workplace strategies and initiatives to enhance employee experience and engagement.
  • Supporting employee engagement and listening campaigns, and adapting/co-defining associated HR strategies.
  • Developing and implementing a Group D&I policy and coordinating the People RSE HR strategy and associated actions.
  • Leading change management initiatives in the context of Group transformation projects.

You will work closely with various functions within our Group, including Industry, IT and Digital, R&D teams, and many others. You will operate at different levels, from headquarters teams to national and international sites, with a wide range of stakeholders from employees to COMEX members.
