The Opportunity
We're seeking a highly skilled Solution Consultant to join our EMEA pre-sales team based in Paris. As a trusted advisor to our customers, you'll collaborate with sales, channel partners, product management, and other internal stakeholders to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs and business objectives through in-depth discovery of their current processes and digital workflows.
- Lead technology evaluations and drive sales cycles, working closely with the sales team to advocate for Adobe's solutions, including Creative Cloud, Adobe Stock, Adobe Express, and Firefly.
- Articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users, using creative approaches to handle objections and showcase value.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Present Adobe's solutions during live events and webinars.
Requirements
- Full proficiency in English and French.
- Expertise in Adobe design and marketing solutions, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, and mobile workflows.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, art direction, or production environments.
- Fundamental knowledge of Adobe's video products, including Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Good understanding of Adobe's emerging AI capabilities powered by Sensei and Firefly.
- Presales or consulting experience with graphic design/production workflows, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
- Exceptional presentation skills, experience in public speaking, and conversational skills as a trusted technical advisor.
- Expertise in building and presenting use cases, POVs, and value propositions.
- Ability to identify critical business issues and provide solution approaches.
- Strong software demonstration and value-selling experience.
