- As a Sales Manager - FX Division, you will thrive in a managerial role with outstanding results as a team leader, sharing experience and coaching team members to excel in FX Sales. This senior role offers country P&L leadership and regional directorship opportunities.
- Responsibilities:
- Lead a sales team in developing prospects, coaching, and mentoring; pitch and close deals with prospective clients by phone and face-to-face meetings; manage customer relationships for new customers; provide accurate forecasting of expected sales volume; implement regional sales programs and train action plans; ensure adherence to company sales methodology and processes; involved in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
