The Opportunity

About The Position
The Regional Sales Director - France & North West Africa will lead a talented team of Channel Sales Managers, fostering relationships with Nutanix partners across Central-Europe. This role requires strong leadership and the ability to develop a diverse team. Key responsibilities include creating and executing a Channel Sales strategy, driving pipeline creation, and attainment of bookings goals. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in sales process and Channel Sales, with a strong understanding of target account selling, solution selling, and consultative sales techniques.
Your Role
• Lead a team of Channel Sales Managers
• Foster relationships with Nutanix partners
• Develop partner skills in selling Nutanix portfolio
• Drive pipeline creation and attainment of bookings goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for strategic growth
Requirements
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• 8-12 years of experience in sales process and Channel Sales
• Ability to communicate with C-level partner contacts
• Strong organizational and strategic planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
