We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team at Own, a leading data platform trusted by thousands of organizations to protect and activate SaaS data.

The Role

As a Business Development Representative, you will be pivotal to Own's go-to-market strategy, encompassing a dynamic blend of sales and marketing functions. You will conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling, and participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.



What You'll Do


  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling
  • Log all activity diligently in Salesforce/Salesloft
  • Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills


Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree and 1 year of experience in sales. You should be proficient in outbound calls and engaging prospects across communication channels, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A basic understanding of SaaS and B2B sales is also required.
