Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement test plans based on technical specifications and regulatory standards.
  • Install and calibrate measuring and testing instruments to ensure accurate results.
  • Prepare components for testing, verifying their proper functioning and safety.
  • Conduct dynamic tests, including speed, stability, and vibrations assessments.
  • Perform brake and safety system performance tests to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct electromagnetic compatibility tests to ensure equipment safety and functionality.
  • Measure noise and vibration levels to identify potential issues.
  • Collect and analyze test data to inform product development and improvement.
  • Utilize software and simulation tools to interpret results and provide actionable insights.
  • Write detailed reports on test results, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Document anomalies and propose solutions to improve product quality and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and performance standards, collaborating with development teams to implement changes.
  • Maintain and calibrate measuring instruments to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Manage equipment inventory and necessary consumables to optimize testing efficiency.
  • Participate in training and conferences to enhance technical skills and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Attend project meetings to discuss test results and potential improvements, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
Requirements:

A graduate of an engineering school with a strong understanding of technical specifications and regulatory standards is essential.
