Job Description

**Job Title:** Orbital Test Engineer

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled Orbital Test Engineer to join our team at CHILDRENS LIGHTHOUSE OF GREEN LEVEL (NEW CENTER). As an Orbital Test Engineer, you will be responsible for planning and implementing test activities related to the development and qualification of a cutting-edge orbital demonstrator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute test activities to ensure the successful development and qualification of the orbital demonstrator.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address activities such as radar testing, chemical thruster testing, thermal vacuum testing, and functional testing.
  • Identify requirements sets and prepare verification activities to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Contribute to the verification strategy of various projects and ensure that test activities are aligned with project goals.
  • Research and select the right test partners and hardware to perform test activities.
  • Prepare test documentation, including specifications, plans, reviews, and reports.
  • Participate in test activities and support other teams in their development.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in V&V and/or testing.
  • Ideal background from the Defense/Aerospace industry.
  • Knowledge of aerospace test specifications (ECSS, NASA-STD, MIL-STD, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with various sensor types and instrumentation best-practices.
  • Eager/able to learn new skills and work in a highly iterative environment.
  • Hands-on experience with highly-technical testing in regulated industries is a plus.
  • Knowledge of technical English is required; fluency in French is a plus.

**What We Offer:** A salary package ranging from 59 K€ to 80 K€ gross, additional performance bonuses, and project-based bonuses.
