Job Summary
Shiseido is seeking a highly experienced Corporate Communications Manager to lead and develop our EMEA corporate strategy. As a key member of our global communications team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing 360° communication programs to develop our global equity, awareness, and reputation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional corporate press activities and corporate influence
- Coordinate all communications players EMEA
- Develop and promote EIC commitments
- Design Chairman and EMEA CEO communication plans
- Work closely with crisis management and legal teams
External Communication Strategy
Develop a corporate communication plan to be shared with HQ in Tokyo/brands/local markets
- Elaborate a message platform on main corporate topics
- Closely collaborate with other communication departments
- Build and deploy central communications tools
Media Relations Management
Structure and build up an EMEA network of journalists in key outlets for each market
Crisis Communication Management
Plan out crisis communication strategy at EMEA level
Represent communication department within risk management squad
SHISEIDO EMEA Social Platforms Management
Develop a SHISEIDO EMEA Social media road map
Set up a yearly editorial plan
Create or adapt content for social platforms
Performance KPI's Monitoring
Monitor and social listening tools management and coordination
- Daily monitoring management
- Alert system setup management
- Reporting on communication actions management
- Setting up a systematic media reporting system
- Standardization of a media impact assessment system
EMEA EIC Communication
Manage SHISEIDO EMEA Sustainable & Innovation communication road map
Coordinate and support Brands' CSR communication
Executive Media Relations Management
External communication plan for the Chairman and President & CEO EMEA
Strategic and Operational Corporate Com and PR Support for Brands
Media relations support (consulting / operational)
Development of corporate topics with Brands
Spokesperson management
- Media training for key spokespersons
- Media training prior to speaking engagements
- Coordination of group communication with spokespersons
Patronage & Sponsorship
Identify key potential partners for EMEA region
Develop a yearly road map including event and partnership to be supported by SHISEIDO EMEA
