Job Title: Business Development Representative

Our client, a leading player in maritime innovation, utilizes a cutting-edge platform to collect and analyze large-scale maritime data. Their expertise enables them to provide environmental and logistical predictions to the offshore construction, supply chain, and marine resources industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate Sales Qualified Leads from international prospects and convert them into Sales Qualified Leads.
  • Create a strong initial impression and build a solid foundation for long-term relationships.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Executives to close deals.
  • Profile, qualify, and schedule meetings with key decision-makers.
  • Keep precise records of all activities.
  • Conduct high-volume prospecting through cold calling, email, and other networking tools to establish and sustain a robust lead pipeline.
  • Engage with prospects by articulating the advantages and benefits of our offerings, and effectively managing and overcoming objections.

Requirements:

  • Strong interest in technology.
  • More than 6 months experience in technical or software solution sales.
  • Dedicated to customer success.
  • Team-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Fluent in French and English; proficiency in a third language is an advantage (Nordic - Dutch, etc.).
