Job Description:

The Operating Manager is a pivotal role within the organization, tasked with overseeing the day-to-day operational activities to ensure they meet established standards of efficiency, productivity, and quality. This position requires managing various functions such as production, procurement, and administration, ensuring that operations run smoothly and align with the organization's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and strategies to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align operational activities with the broader strategic objectives of the organization.
  • Develop and implement risk monitoring tools and systems to track key risk indicators (KRIs) and assess the effectiveness of risk controls. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders to communicate risk exposure and mitigation efforts.
  • Oversee daily operations across multiple departments, ensuring they run smoothly and meet quality standards.
  • Analyze current operational processes and performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Implement process improvements and monitor their impact, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve operational excellence.
  • Foster strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and external partners to support operational needs.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for operational matters, communicating with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and address concerns.
  • Identify potential operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Ensure that emergency plans and procedures are in place and understood by all staff members.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of Proven experience in an operations management role, with a solid track record of enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams across different areas of an organization.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Familiarity with real estate-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
