Key Responsibilities:- Perform day-to-day sales responses to customer requests
- Follow up ongoing contracts until their effective closure
- Analyze contract outcomes
- Work with our international sales team, agents, and distributors to provide a positive, efficient, and personable service to our existing and potential customers
- Assist in the preparation and manning of stands at domestic and international demonstrations, exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences
- Deliver sales presentations at meetings with customers and at trade shows and conferences to promote understanding of the features, advantages, and usage of our products/tools
- Communicate directly with customers at all stages of a sales opportunity
- Support the maintenance of our website content and social media accounts
- Degree or equivalent qualification in an engineering or business discipline, or a proven technical sales record
- Native English speaker or proven spoken and written capability in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills with multi-cultural clients, a pro-active mindset, and a customer-oriented approach
- Knowledge of standard Microsoft software products and the confidence to present technical subjects at industry conferences and at client meetings
- Ability to converse in French would be advantageous but not critical
- Clean driver's license and ability to travel to a wide variety of countries
