About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Communications Apprentice to join our team at Euronext. As a key member of our Press Office, you will be responsible for supporting the Communications Manager and Chief Communications and Investor Relations Officer (CCIO) in various aspects of corporate communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Media Relations
    • Organize interviews, press conferences, and support the preparation of key messages and briefing notes for the CEO.
    • Contribute to the media strategy to promote IPOs and Euronext markets.
    • Assist in preparing key messages for the launch of new initiatives.
    • Draft communication materials, including press releases in French and English.
    • Provide background research on journalists.
  • Digital Communication
    • Community Management: create and edit content, draft social media posts for the CEOs' accounts, and report on conferences organized by the press office.
    • Develop content for company websites (Intranet, Corporate website, Wikipedia, etc.).
  • Communications Strategy & Coordination
    • Manage international projects with events and marketing teams.
    • Create monitoring tools to track KPIs of Euronext's communications results.
    • Highlight and report these results regularly to the comms manager and CCIO.
    • Develop the visibility of our spokespersons: CEO, Heads of Businesses, etc.
    • Write corporate terms of reference and briefing papers for our spokespeople on technical and strategic topics.
    • Support the management of the relationship with the PR agency in France and the UK.
    • Assist in the daily overview of Euronext-related news and current affairs, as well as the production of news summaries and frequent internal monthly and quarterly analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or gap year from a top-level university (CELSA, Sciences Po, IEP, Business Schools, etc.).
  • Experience working in communication at an agency or company.
  • Strong knowledge of media and finance is a plus.
  • Familiarity with web and social media, with the ability to innovate in digital communication.
  • Dynamic, rigorous, curious, and quick to react.
  • Good writing and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize.
  • Autonomous and able to take the initiative.
  • High standard of written and spoken English and French.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Excel.
