We are a diverse team of AI engineers, problem-solvers, and business professionals who are passionate about building the next chapter of our exciting growth. We are looking for an ambitious Administrative & Corporate Finance Apprentice to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Accounts Payable: Manage and process invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
  • Accounts Receivable: Invoicing customers, collections, and cash flow management.
  • Payroll Processing: Manage payroll, benefits, and employee records.
  • Bookkeeping: Record transactions, reconcile accounts, and maintain financial records.
  • Financial Reporting: Generate monthly and quarterly financial reports.
  • Annual Budgeting: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Requirements

  • Administrative and Financial Experience: Proven experience in administrative and financial roles.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
