Mechanical Design Team Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Team Lead to join our French team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design of mechanical parts and complex assemblies using SolidWorks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design of mechanical parts and complex assemblies using SolidWorks
  • Collaborate closely with the Product, Robotics Software, and Mechanical teams to coordinate the development and design of new products and solutions
  • Develop and maintain 3D models and designs using SolidWorks
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets functional and performance requirements
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in 3D modeling (SolidWorks) and designing complex assemblies
  • Familiarity with simulation tools to test and validate mechanical system performance
  • Basic Python programming skills for automating tasks or testing technical concepts
  • Confirmed experience in team management, with the ability to motivate and guide your team
