Position Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Veeva Systems, your primary focus will be to ensure the success of our clients utilizing Veeva's Clinical products and services. You will act as the key point of contact between Veeva and significant customer stakeholders, promoting collaboration, managing escalations, and demonstrating value through proactive interactions. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about customer engagement, relationship building, and cross-departmental collaboration to enhance the overall client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage 4-6 major global clients post-implementation of Veeva Vault Clinical applications.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with your clients' application owners to comprehend their strategic goals and challenges.
  • Serve as a trusted consultant for your clients, coordinating with relevant Veeva teams to meet customer requirements.
  • Conduct meetings with clients to showcase achievements and uncover additional value opportunities.
  • Provide strategic insights to maximize the use of Veeva product releases and align with the client's roadmap.
  • Encourage collaboration opportunities among clients for shared learning.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts and build rapport with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships with key customer stakeholders at various levels, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Emphasis on cross-functional teamwork to address clients' unique needs and challenges.
  • Strong analytical and presentation capabilities, with the ability to interpret data and deliver impactful presentations to both internal and external audiences.
  • Exhibits empathy and a natural curiosity in supporting, managing, and utilizing technical solutions to reflect the customer's viewpoint.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Life Sciences setting, either in a consultative capacity, functional analyst/lead, or 3+ years of experience with Veeva products.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for client meetings and Veeva events, as necessary.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Clinical Research within a Sponsor or CRO organization.
  • Familiarity with SaaS/Cloud solutions in the context of clinical trials.
  • Degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in one or more European languages (German or French preferred).
