- Prendre en charge le client depuis la signature du bon de commande jusqu'à la livraison du véhicule.
- Présenter et vendre des prestations complémentaires.
- Piloter et coordonner l'organisation commerciale (interface avec les vendeurs, l'atelier, les clients et les fournisseurs).
- Saisir, suivre et classer les documents administratifs.
- Mettre à jour la base de données.
- Gérer les plannings de livraisons des véhicules.
Vous représentez la marque Toyota et veillez au bon déroulement de l'action commerciale au sein de la structure. Vous intervenez en appui au Chef de Vente dans ses actions quotidiennes.
Aisance informatique (pack office) et présentation soignée requises.
