Unlock the Power of Digital Transformation
As a Digital Transformation Manager at Avanade, you will have the opportunity to work with clients to help them achieve their digital transformation objectives. This involves defining strategies to accelerate digital channel shift and digital adoption, with supporting business cases. You will also design experience-led transformation programs to maximize technology investments and support roadmap creation to ensure benefits are realized at planned milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set the strategic direction with clients to realize their digital transformation objectives
- Define strategies to accelerate digital channel shift and digital adoption, with supporting business cases
- Design experience-led transformation programs to maximize technology investments
- Support roadmap creation to ensure benefits are realized at planned milestones
- Ideate and define new digital product & services to add revenue streams
- Support the delivery of organization-wide change initiatives that result from digital strategies
- Identify business capability gaps and design operating models to support strategy execution
- Help clients understand short and long-term change implications of digital and technology shifts across policy, people, process, and platform dimensions
- Explore and explicitly elaborating upon the commercial implications and impacts arising from your recommendations to enable your clients to fund transformation ambitions
- Advise, guide, and coach client business and technology teams to drive the implementation of your recommendations
- Uplift Avanade's advisory capability by coaching and developing advisory talent through proactive contributions to thought leadership, asset development, and communities of practice
- Contribute to Avanade's sustained growth by proactively contributing to business development opportunities and pursuits
