Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking an External Sales Manager to join our French team, responsible for optimizing the commercial structure and leading the external sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and significant management experience, with a background in the spare parts industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the external sales team to achieve sales targets and optimize commercial operations.
  • Work closely with the Sales Director to set targets and ensure reporting for the region.
  • Manage regional sales managers and contribute to the development of sales.
  • Analyze customer data and support sales advisors in developing personalized action plans.
  • Facilitate change by preparing teams for new product ranges and ensuring a smooth transition.
