Customer Account Manager

- Manage and record client payments along with outstanding balances
- Handle cash receipt processing
- Reconcile and evaluate customer accounts
- Post routine and closing journal entries
- Ensure customer concessions receive management approval and are properly followed
- Address inquiries from operational staff and clients regarding account statements and duplicate invoices
- Assist in monitoring doubtful accounts
- Manage claims with insolvency administrators during collective proceedings and request irrecoverability certificates
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Management or a related field
Proficient in Excel is essential
Experience in dynamic and fast-paced environments, demonstrating autonomy, energy, and initiative
Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to tasks
