You will represent our brands to funeral professionals in the region:
- Provide support and promote commercial advertising and the 'carnets' print and digital environment to meet their needs.
- Train funeral professionals on our tools and rules related to obituaries.
- Be a key advisor in the obituary and communication market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist funeral homes with our self-management tool and provide training on its usage.
- Increase sales in your sector by retaining clients for our obituary services and selling web/print communication campaigns.
- Promote commercial offers developed by the marketing team.
- Manage customer accounts and communicate their needs to support departments.
- Participate in market meetings and report weekly activities to your manager.
- Represent the company at industry events and contribute to tool/software development.
- Ensure compliance with directives from the obituary product manager.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales.
- Strong in telephone prospecting and fieldwork.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with clients.
- Diligent, persuasive, dynamic, and organized.
- Results-oriented and passionate about digital technologies.
