Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our Sales Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, creating new revenue growth, and engaging with potential clients to understand their payment needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients within the target market, utilize various tools and strategies to generate new leads, and qualify leads based on established criteria.
  • Client Engagement: Initiate contact with prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and social media platforms, build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, and conduct needs assessments to understand clients' payment processing challenges and requirements.
  • Solution Presentation: Present and demonstrate our solutions to prospective clients, articulate the value proposition and benefits of our solutions effectively, and maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline.
  • Pipeline Management: Track and document all interactions and progress with leads in the CRM system, ensure timely follow-ups, and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Fluency in Italian.
  • Appetite for fintech topics.
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools and techniques.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €19,722.50 - €26,000.00 per year
