About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Corporation Service Company. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, managing a portfolio of digital assets, and working closely with our Product Managers to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients, building and maintaining strong relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
  • Manage a portfolio of domain names, trademarks, and brand protection services to help protect and secure our clients' global internet brands.
  • Take and fulfill orders, partnering with clients to become their trusted advisor and providing expert support for their business needs.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and enhancements to our product offerings, working closely with our Service Support teams to complete internal and external customer orders.
  • Assist Product Managers with brand launches, problem-solving, product development, and troubleshooting, ensuring seamless delivery of our services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry changes and new product offerings, communicating this information to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct research and analysis of customer data to inform business decisions and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver online demonstrations for clients and sales staff, showcasing our products and services in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and German is required, with experience in a similar customer service-oriented role being advantageous.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including MS Excel, Word, and Outlook, with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work under pressure.
  • Previous experience in producing high-quality results with high attention to detail, with the ability to be direct, open, and honest when dealing with customers and colleagues.
