Your Responsibilities Include:

Strategic Business Development

  1. Formulate, adapt, and propose the EMEA merchandising strategy aligned with Global Brand timelines, concepts, and guidelines.
  2. Design and implement suitable programs, tools, and planograms.
  3. Maintain a comprehensive overview of global business aspects including distribution, new store openings, refurbishments, capital expenditures, and launch schedules.

Effective Communication and Organization

  1. Establish strong partnerships with stakeholders across Regional, Global, and Affiliate levels.
  2. Collaborate closely with Marketing to define project strategies, distribution, location zoning, customer journeys, and product line-ups.
  3. Ensure seamless coordination with Global teams for timely asset delivery for launches.
  4. Verify that local projects in Visual Merchandising and Store Design align with overarching strategies.
  5. Work in conjunction with internal teams and external partners to meet brand requirements and timelines.
  6. Continuously optimize tools and processes for improved efficiency.
  7. Mentor and train local affiliates.
  8. Create guidelines and informational documents to guarantee flawless in-store execution.
  9. Prepare presentations for relevant meetings.

Project Management

  1. Oversee project workflows, ensuring prioritization and organization.
  2. Develop guideline books for each project, verifying forecasts and quantities.
  3. Collaborate with Visual Merchandising designers to create briefs for Development teams, ensuring accurate budgeting and quantity estimations.
  4. Draft zoning and navigation plans for Store Design briefs.
  5. Ensure that design, graphics, and copy adhere to established timelines.
  6. Monitor production processes and conduct quality control checks.
  7. Manage budget adherence throughout projects.

Supervisory Duties

  1. Oversee the work of a visual designer and a store designer.
  2. Ensure that workflows and processes operate smoothly.

Qualifications

Your Profile:

Essential Skills:

  1. Extensive knowledge of Store Design, Visual Merchandising, and event scenography.
  2. Creative experience in Store Design, Graphic Design, and Visual Merchandising.
  3. Strong organizational skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
  4. Familiarity with regional and local retail environments.
  5. Understanding of the in-store consumer journey.
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and diverse personalities.
  7. Strong decision-making capabilities and self-sufficiency.
  8. Collaborative, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
  9. Excellent communication and summarization skills.

Additional Skills:

  1. Experience in video content creation.
  2. Knowledge of omnichannel experience design and digital assets.
  3. Event planning and coordination expertise.

Software Proficiency:

  1. Proficient in MAC software including Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and SketchUp. Knowledge of Adobe Premiere is a plus.

Our Ideal Candidate Will:

  1. Design retail spaces for new store openings and renovations.
  2. Ensure completion of Store Design briefs and zoning plans.
  3. Approve technical drawings from shopfitters and provide technical support.
  4. Collaborate with engineering and IT teams for material sourcing and innovative solutions.
  5. Work with procurement teams for cost optimization.
  6. Update and maintain store design guidelines.
  7. Track implementation processes and manage best practices.
  8. Maintain the Store Design tracker.
