Job Description: Learning & Development Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning & Development Specialist to join our Talent Development team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs that enhance employee skills and contribute to the achievement of organizational goals.
Responsibilities:- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop comprehensive skills development plans.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine the most effective training methods and content.
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs that align with business objectives.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in learning and development.
- Provide ongoing support to internal trainers and assist with the creation of training materials.
- Manage Qualiopi certification activities to ensure compliance and quality standards.
- Communicate training updates and initiatives to employees across the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in skills development and training program implementation.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management abilities.
