Job Overview:
- Provide support to social services for 300 individuals outside of residential facilities (including women, men, and transgender persons)
- Oversee the operations of a Day Care Center in Marseille 6e
- Manage and supervise 30 accommodation units in Marseille (both dispersed and semi-collective)
- Conduct outreach initiatives and workshops focused on awareness and prevention in the Bouches du Rhône region and surrounding areas
The Educational Services Manager will lead a team comprising 3 coordinators, approximately twenty social workers, and an educational assistant. This role is crucial for ensuring the successful execution of all missions, organizing team activities, monitoring and assessing their performance, identifying training needs, and fostering team development.
In partnership with the organization's leadership, the Educational Services Manager will play a key role in the formulation and implementation of projects or services tailored to the identified needs in the community, as well as responding to policy changes, funding opportunities, and organizational dynamics.
The ideal candidate should possess a CAFERUIS diploma or an equivalent qualification, along with substantial experience in the social sector, particularly with individuals facing extreme precarity, migrants, victims of sexual violence, or those involved in the prostitution system. Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills, along with a solid understanding of political and institutional stakeholders, are essential for this position.
