Position: Claims Management Specialist
Michael Page, a prominent entity in specialized recruitment and temporary staffing, is seeking seasoned professionals for both fixed-term and permanent roles. Established in 1976 in London, our organization operates 141 offices across 37 countries, employing over 9000 individuals. In France, Michael Page comprises over 300 consultants who specialize in recruitment across 21 diverse sectors nationwide. Our mission is to transform the lives of our clients, candidates, and employees by empowering them to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee transport claims (Carrier Liability and cargo insurance): Collect and organize information for file preparation,
- Address claims related to various insurance types provided by our client (including property and liability),
- Manage and enhance existing reporting tools while conducting analyses for management purposes,
- Suggest improvements in claims processing based on established key performance indicators,
- Contribute to the control of claims management expenses by streamlining processes and ensuring high-quality service delivery,
- Offer technical support and training to the team regarding transport claims management,
- Assist operations and external clients with all insurance-related inquiries,
- Ensure adherence to GDPR regulations.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable role with a focus on transport claims (maritime, air, and land),
- A degree in insurance or insurance law,
- Proficiency in standard office software (Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.),
- Capability to independently manage multiple cases across various subjects while prioritizing tasks effectively,
- Strong stress management skills, exceptional writing capabilities, analytical mindset, and meticulous attention to detail.
