Role Overview:
Are you passionate about shaping the strategic direction and operational framework of a leading sports media organization? If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are eager to contribute to the growth of a global brand, this role may be ideal for you.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Senior CRM Strategy Lead, you will play a pivotal role in:
1. Collaborating with senior leadership to identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities that align with the overarching strategy of DAZN.
2. Gaining in-depth insights into the local market landscape, including competitors and potential partners.
3. Supporting the Commercial team in prioritizing strategic initiatives, which may include customer engagement strategies, rights portfolio evaluations, and pricing models.
4. Communicating strategic insights effectively across various departments to ensure alignment and execution.
5. Developing comprehensive business cases, KPIs, and ROI assessments for new strategic initiatives.
6. Identifying avenues for enhancing profitability through process improvements and efficiency gains.
7. Providing analytical support for key market decisions, ensuring recommendations are well-informed and holistic.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Extensive experience in Strategy Consulting, Investment Banking, or Corporate Development.
- Proven analytical skills with a focus on market analysis, scenario planning, and operational assessments.
- A customer-centric mindset, with experience in managing customer metrics.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving in complex environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Solid commercial awareness and strategic insight.
- A willingness to embrace new ideas and adapt based on feedback.
- A keen interest in the sports media sector.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, economics, or a related field.
- Fluency in both French and English, written and verbal.
