We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to join our team at Skeepers. As a key member of our product management team, you will be responsible for building and launching innovative products that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be the product owner for our Ratings & Reviews product, a leading solution used by 7,000+ customers worldwide. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain in-depth expertise in the product domain, including customer needs, market trends, and competitor analysis.
- Lead the product roadmap and backlog, prioritizing features and initiatives that align with our business objectives.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product marketers to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.
- Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders, including executives, sales teams, and customers.
- Manage and analyze customer feedback, product enhancement requests, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Drive solution discovery and design phases, working with tech leads and product designers to develop innovative solutions.
- Actively support solution delivery phases, ensuring timely and successful product launches.
- Work closely with Product Marketing and other teams to ensure successful product launches and support sales and business development teams on strategic deals.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software product management.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and manage all product facets, including design and development, marketing, and customer experience.
- Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, product marketers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
- Experience in digital, marketing, or customer experience domains.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Strong sense of commitment to objectives and targets.
- Experience in start-up or scale-up environment is a plus.
