About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager at Skeepers, you will be responsible for developing and executing a product vision that aligns with the company's business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver products that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Skeepers product vision and strategy, and ensure that your product roadmap aligns with these objectives.
- Collaborate with product designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to design and deliver products that meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product development and improvement.
- Develop and maintain product requirements documents, user stories, and other product artifacts.
- Work closely with the product marketing team to ensure successful product launches and customer adoption.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify opportunities for product development and improvement.
- Communicate product vision and strategy to internal stakeholders, including product designers, engineers, and other teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software product management.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and manage all product facets, including design and development, marketing, and customer experience.
- Demonstrated ability to figure out solutions to hard problems with many constraints, and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed, written narrative.
- Proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, product marketers, and company leaders in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
- Experience in digital, marketing, and customer experience domains.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Strong sense of commitment to objectives and targets.
- Experience in start-up or scale-up environment is a plus.
