Senior Semiconductor Applications Specialist

Join our team of innovators and contribute to the development of cutting-edge semiconductor test and measurement products. As an Applications Engineer at FormFactor Inc., you will play a key role in shaping current and upcoming technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for sales teams regarding customer inquiries for semiconductor test applications.
  • Offer and sell advanced probe card solutions to customers.
  • Capture test requirements of customer applications and guide studies to control expectations vs. existing and new specifications.
  • Project manage customer probe card inquiries from initial idea to manufacturing release.
  • Support initial setup of probe cards with customers on-site.
  • Train customer personnel in handling and operating probe cards.
  • Sustain activities towards solid and successful operation, including troubleshooting and adjustments.
  • Collaborate with customers on a trustful basis, showcasing excellence and enabling new application possibilities.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Physics or related field (Master's or PhD preferred).
  • Field AE experience or technical sales experience is a plus.
  • Technical understanding of semiconductor industry, wafer probers, and test application technologies is desirable.
  • Customer support-oriented personality with strong self-organization skills.
  • Good French and English language skills.
  • Regular travel is required for this role.
