Account Growth and Development Specialist

As a key member of the ENGINEERINGUK team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and adoption from small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate individual growth and development of account management, setting objectives, performance standards, and priorities. You will also ensure disciplined methodology application across management groups, resulting in consistent and accurately forecasted results. Additionally, you will support the development of solid references and drive revenue growth and adoption from small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers.
