Au sein de la Direction des Systèmes d'Information du Groupe ODDO BHF, vous serez rattaché(e) au Responsable de la Gouvernance des systèmes d'information à Paris en charge de:

  • assurer la conformité aux exigences réglementaires IT.
  • gérer le cadre des risques IT conformément à l'appétence pour le risque du Groupe.
  • améliorer constamment la structure opérationnelle IT pour soutenir la transformation numérique de la banque.


Vous serez le lien entre les équipes IT et les équipes métier pour toutes les questions relatives aux risques IT et à la gouvernance des systèmes d'information.


Ce poste allie communication, coordination, reporting et documentation dans un contexte international.


Vos principales missions :

  • Vous accompagnez et soutenez les auditeurs internes et externes lors des missions d'audit IT.
  • Après l'achèvement des missions d'audit IT, vous serez responsable du suivi régulier des recommandations d'audit en assurant la mise en œuvre à temps des actions correctives nécessaires en collaboration avec les collègues IT.
  • Conformément aux exigences internes et externes, vous maintenez le cadre existant de la gestion des risques et de la gouvernance IT (stratégies, politiques et processus) et recherchez des opportunités pour les optimiser en tenant compte des normes et des modèles de référence pertinents (COBIT, ISO,…).
  • Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les propriétaires de processus IT (IT Process Owners) pour construire des processus opérationnels IT standardisés, et l'élaboration du cadre procédural.
  • Vous représentez la gouvernance IT à titre consultatif et de support dans les projets et les comités afin de garantir que les sujets de la gouvernance IT (du point de vue des risques, conformément aux exigences internes et externes) sont pris en compte et mis en œuvre.
  • Dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de contrôle interne IT. Vous suivez et accompagnez la définition et la mise en œuvre des plans d'action pour remédier ou atténuer les risques identifiés.
