To facilitate Beauty Tech while navigating a highly competitive environment, our IT division must continuously evolve and stay closely aligned with emerging market trends and structural changes. Our IT organization is required to exhibit flexibility, resilience, agility, and a strong connection to the markets, all while delivering globally at scale with efficiency and a focus on customer and employee satisfaction.
In this framework, the Vendor Management Office is dedicated to empowering all IT functions across various regions to achieve our Beauty Tech objectives.
Vendor Management plays a pivotal role within our IT structure, as we depend on a diverse network of suppliers to support our IT initiatives. This function governs our strategic partnerships to maximize value throughout the vendor relationship lifecycle.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Vendor Strategy Development:** The Vendor Manager formulates strategies for vendor management and enhances vendor performance, including identifying opportunities for vendor consolidation. **Industry Insight:** The Vendor Manager remains informed about industry trends and best practices, participating in conferences and networking with peers to exchange knowledge. **Vendor Evaluation:** The Vendor Manager is tasked with identifying and assessing potential vendors based on criteria such as technological expertise, quality, cost, reliability, and reputation. **Governance Management:** Overseeing vendor governance is essential to optimize services, costs, and capabilities through Strategic Business Reviews to manage the vendor portfolio effectively. **Relationship Management:** The Vendor Manager fosters ongoing relationships with vendors to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and the delivery of expected service levels and quality. **Performance Monitoring:** The Vendor Manager evaluates vendor performance through regular assessments, tracking key performance indicators, and pinpointing areas for enhancement. **Issue Resolution:** Acting as a liaison for vendors, the Vendor Manager addresses any issues or disputes that may arise, collaborating with other departments as necessary. **Compliance Assurance:** The Vendor Manager ensures that vendors adhere to regulatory requirements, contractual commitments, and company policies. **Risk Assessment:** Conducting vendor risk assessments to identify potential risks linked to vendor relationships and implementing strategies to mitigate those risks.This role reports to the Global Vendor Management Officer.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

In this role, the following qualifications are essential:
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Comprehensive global market knowledge of IT vendors and IT products and services (software, cloud, hardware, and outsourcing). Significant experience in people management. Proficient packaging and presentation skills. Understanding of contract terms and conditions. Proficiency in English is required.
