Our workforce of nearly 700 employees operates from two main locations, providing access to numerous amenities.

Position Overview:
  • Type: Full-time permanent role
  • Location: Eastern region of France
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist technicians in troubleshooting intricate problems
    • Deliver technical solutions effectively
    • Serve as a communication bridge between field technicians and the aftersales network
    • Engage in training sessions for technicians
    • Enhance the internal knowledge repository
    • Conduct weekly performance reporting
  • Working Conditions:
    • Full-time permanent employment
    • Fieldwork commitment in the Eastern region for four days weekly
    • One day allocated for remote work to handle administrative duties
    • Provision of a company vehicle, mobile phone, and laptop
    • Entitlement to 10 annual RTT days
  • Compensation Package:
    • Starting salary of 2800 euros gross per month
    • Performance-based variable bonuses

    • BTS in Automobile or equivalent qualification
