As a Customer Success Manager - Automotive, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive the best possible support for their IT solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the technical hotline and guaranteeing quality of service
- Providing user support and training to compensate for turnover or poor customer methodology
- Communicating on bugs and anomalies to improve service quality
- Contributing to proposals to improve the Support Technician's job
We're looking for someone with 1 year of experience in after-sales service or hotline, active listening techniques, and a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
