Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our SMB team. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving maximum account penetration within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities- Make high-volume sales presentations and manage inbound demo queues
- Work to achieve maximum account penetration and sales within an assigned SMB territory
- Manage accurate SFDC data and remain knowledgeable about the product roadmap and industry changes
- Provide feedback on market opportunities and trends, and play an active role in designing Deel's long-term SMB strategy
- 2 years of quota-carrying and closing experience in high-volume, high-velocity B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of performance and quota attainment
- Consultative selling, discovery, and negotiation skills with the ability to match customer needs to value
- Adept at using sales tools and enthusiastic about technology
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Dutch
