What we provide
The Saint-Benoît establishment of the Apprentis d'Auteuil Foundation is in search of a Head of Educational Services for its Sibling Support program. This program accommodates 30 children across three distinct living units:
- Unit 1: The Lupins (youth aged 13 to 15 years);
- Unit 2: The Lobelias (youth aged 6 to 12 years);
- Unit 3: The Lilacs (youth aged 16 to 18 years).
In collaboration with the Management, the Head of Educational Services acts as a vital link between the Management and the educational team.
The environment you will be part of
You will join a cohesive and supportive management team. Each living unit is staffed with educators, house supervisors, and night staff. A multidisciplinary team is present to support the daily lives of the children and young individuals. The aim is to create a safe and nurturing environment, enabling them to grow into responsible adults.
Your responsibilities
As part of this dedicated team, you will ensure high-quality care and the development of personalized plans for the children by fostering connections with both internal and external partners.
To achieve this, you will organize, lead, support, and oversee the activities of the educational teams, while ensuring effective administrative and financial operations.
Within the management team, you will engage in strategic discussions and contribute to the overall dynamics of the establishment in collaboration with the director and/or deputy director, and you will also handle operational on-call duties.

Your qualifications
Ideally, you hold a CAFERUIS qualification and/or possess substantial experience (approximately 3 years) working with challenging populations, including children or adolescents, along with a solid understanding of the child protection sector, making you a valuable resource for the educational teams.
Your interpersonal skills, ability to listen, and decision-making capabilities enable you to unite a team around a common goal.
You are adept at maintaining the necessary perspective and evaluating situations appropriately.
