Role Overview:
The Senior Product Manager for security features is tasked with shaping the vision and strategy for our product offerings, overseeing profitability, and enhancing unique selling propositions. This role encompasses defining and monitoring the product roadmap, analyzing market competition, supporting client solutions and sales initiatives, crafting compelling offers, and developing comprehensive marketing strategies.
Product Vision: This position demands a rare blend of business insight and technical expertise, a comprehensive perspective, and the resolve to actualize that vision. Engaging with customers to discern their needs and collaborating with marketing, R&D, sales, and regulatory teams to create innovative solutions is essential.
Product Roadmap: Responsibilities include managing the Security Features roadmap and promoting its adoption. Key tasks involve optimizing the profitability of existing products, broadening their market presence, and spearheading the development of new offerings.
Execution:
- Maintain effective communication across various departments.
- Collaborate with R&D and partners to define product specifications, followed by working with product delivery teams to implement roadmap projects.
- Engage with regional business lines to contribute to RFP responses, formulate go-to-market strategies, assist in product positioning, and communicate the product roadmap and features.
- Work closely with operational marketing to represent the ID Documents product team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Roadmap: Biannual release of the roadmap for ID Documents Security Features.
- Product Management Activities: Develop business cases, functional requirements specifications, monitor costs, and define product requirements and user experience.
- Product Marketing Activities: Create go-to-market strategies, promotional materials, datasheets, conduct competitive analysis, and organize internal and external workshops and conferences.

- Comprehensive knowledge of the ID document manufacturing process; experience in R&D or manufacturing in this domain is highly advantageous.
