Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Officer to join our team at Franfinance, a dynamic and innovative financial institution. As a Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, from defining job requirements to selecting and hiring top talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to define job requirements and develop job descriptions.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including advertising job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Participate in the selection process, including assessing candidate qualifications and making recommendations for hire.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining recruitment records and updating job postings.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
